Information Disclaimer

Relationship with Software License Agreement

Use of the TradeDog software is also governed by our Software License Agreement (SLA). These Terms incorporate the SLA by reference. In the event of a conflict, the SLA controls with respect to software usage rights.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Geographic Restrictions and Jurisdictional Notice

Prohibited Jurisdictions: The Service is not available to residents of, or persons located in, jurisdictions where the provision of such services would be contrary to local laws or regulations, including but not limited to Mainland China. By using the Service, you represent that you are not accessing it from a prohibited jurisdiction.

User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations. You access the Service at your own initiative and risk, and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

User Accounts

To use our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@happydogtrading.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Pima County, Arizona under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings. Disputes will be resolved individually.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Happy Dog Trading, LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
