FundingTicks Adds Tradovate and Enables Copy Trading Between Accounts

FundingTicks expanded its futures prop trading offering in early 2025 by adding Tradovate to its platform lineup and enabling copy trading between eligible accounts.

A Finance Magnates report published on April 3, 2025 said the new futures-focused brand had officially launched in early March and was still in beta when the update was announced. The report said FundingTicks added Tradovate alongside its existing TradingView and NinjaTrader support, while also permitting copy trading across up to six 50K accounts or three 100K accounts.

The article framed the change as part of FundingPips' broader push into the futures prop market through the separate FundingTicks brand. It also pointed to the launch as an example of more prop firms building futures-specific offerings rather than relying solely on CFDs or broader multi-asset structures.

From a trader perspective, both additions are meaningful. Tradovate broadens platform choice for users who prefer its environment, while copy trading between accounts can make multi-account management easier for traders running the same strategy across several funded allocations.

Why it matters: Platform expansion and cross-account copy trading are practical product upgrades that can improve execution flexibility and account management for active futures prop traders.  However, these are common features available at most of their competitors.
