After four successful payout cycles on a funded account, PropEd reviews that account for transition to a live funded account. The live starting balance equals the plan's initial drawdown amount plus 50% of remaining sim profits, capped at 50% of the plan's starting balance.
Max-drawdown breach is a hard breach and closes the account. Terms also reserve enforcement actions for prohibited trading, including failing/breaching the account, removing profits, terminating participation, or declining funded status.
Fees are final and non-refundable once a trade has been placed. PropEd may consider a discretionary refund only if no trade has ever been placed on the purchased account and the trader contacts PropEd within a reasonable time after purchase.
