General Policies
Algorithm & EA Policy
Hedging by opening opposite positions at the same time on one or more accounts is prohibited; news trading is advertised as allowed, with volatility-risk caution.
The reviewed FAQ/rules corpus did not publish separate algorithmic trading, bot, EA, or copy-trading allowances beyond the hedging prohibition and general risk/rule warnings.
Allowed Trading Hours
Accounts are intraday: all positions must be closed no later than 5 minutes before the end of the session. News trading is allowed with volatility-risk caution.
Weekend Holding Policy
Overnight positions are not allowed on intraday accounts; positions must be closed no later than 5 minutes before session end.
Move to Live Criteria
Pass Q1 and Q2 qualification phases. The FAQ says account opening after qualification depends on trader results and may be on Funded Firmup or Brokerage, with the same trader conditions; a one-time $99 fee is due before trading the funded account.
Rule Enforcement Notes
If loss limits are exceeded, the account is revoked. The FAQ says traders may retake the evaluation or use a discounted Restart.

No refund is granted if the trader cannot provide required KYC/AML documents or fails the verification checks needed to open a funded account.
