Humble restricts service or payouts in a published list of jurisdictions, including sanctioned countries such as Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Belarus, and Russia, plus additional high-risk or locally restricted countries such as Afghanistan, Myanmar, China, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Venezuela, and others. Humble notes that Ukraine is currently restricted for onboarding, with existing users limited to crypto withdrawals.
Copy trading is permitted across accounts if all firm rules are followed. Humble states a cap of up to 25 funded/performance accounts (merit-based). Rithmic and Quantower copy tools may produce ghost orders; Humble disclaims support for ghost-order issues and places execution risk responsibility on the trader.
No dedicated standalone bot-policy article surfaced in the reviewed official Humble Futures materials.
Not allowed. This seems standard for futures-oriented prop firms.
Humble's Move 2 Live program is invitation-only and granted at the firm's sole discretion. Eligibility is based on consistent profitability, compliance with trading and risk rules, adherence to the 30% consistency rule, responsible risk management, and successful profit withdrawals from simulated Performance Accounts; there is no single-day profit requirement.
Consistency policy (per Humble FAQ): Standard Path requires 40% consistency in evaluation and 30% in performance accounts, with evaluation minimum 4 trading days and PA minimum 5 trading days; exceeding consistency limits can block withdrawals until additional profits reduce the concentration. Express Path applies a 30% consistency rule to PA only (evaluation exempt). Instant Funding Path applies a 20% consistency rule to PA. Humble states consistency breaches are typically corrected by continued trading, but reserves the right to reset or terminate accounts for severe/repeat abuse. Humble also enforces a 2% Price Limit Rule: trading is prohibited when a product is within 2% of CME price limit levels (upside or downside), and violations can result in account termination. Performance Account compliance notes: traders must sign the PA legal agreement before placing any PA trades (trading before signing may trigger immediate termination). Published PA controls include HFT/scalping restrictions (including under-8-second holds and repeated ultra-short scalps), 30% profit-consistency enforcement for PA payouts, and immediate-termination risk for unauthorized risk-parameter changes.
Strict no-refund policy under normal circumstances; refunds may be considered only for improper risk mitigation cases, and approved refunds forfeit future payout eligibility.
Activation fees apply only to Standard Path performance accounts. Standard activation starts at $150 for a same-day-pass Standard Performance Account, Premium activation starts at $210, Static Drawdown activation is a flat $170, and Express/Instant paths do not charge activation fees.
Funded-account payout requests become available after 5 trading days, with one payout request allowed per account per month. Humble says it no longer uses payout windows, and payout validations typically take 48 to 72 hours. Traders keep 100% of net profits up to ,000, then 90% thereafter.
Humble offers several futures account paths, including Standard Path, Express Path, Instant Path, and Static Drawdown accounts. Supported trading platforms include ONYX, Quantower, Rithmic Pro, Finamark, Investor/RT, ATAS, Motive Wave, CTS T4, Jigsaw Daytradr, OptimusFLOW, CQG Desktop, Trade Navigator, VolFix, Sierra Charts, Multicharts, and EdgeProX.
News/holiday guidance references market-event windows and external calendars (Forex Factory, Investing.com, MyFXBook). Sunday and Monday are counted as a single trading day in their rules.
Please manage risk carefully when using any prop firm. Trading involves substantial risk, and you can lose part or all of the money you spend on evaluations, subscriptions, or related services. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
Prop firm terms, payout policies, and account rules can change at any time, including updates that affect existing accounts. Always confirm current terms directly on the firm's official site before purchasing.
