Rule Enforcement Notes
Blue Guardian indicates risk/compliance review may remove trading-day results or close accounts for prohibited conduct. Policy set includes stop-loss/risk controls, consistency checks, and one-trader-per-account enforcement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available once evaluation credentials have been issued. Account cancellations must be requested by email, and prior payments are not refunded.
Activation Fee Policy
Most accounts move to funded with no activation fee. Guardian funded accounts pay $99 on $50K, $149 on $100K, and $199 on $150K; the $25K Guardian fee is published as $49.
