TradeDay states that evaluation and membership fees are final and non-refundable after purchase because account opening requires immediate third-party commitments. The terms also state that users are not entitled to a refund if they cancel, fail the challenge, violate the terms, or stop using the service early.
Activation Fee Policy
TradeDay charges a one-off $139 setup fee for Funded Sim accounts. The fee is paid only once, there is no monthly membership fee while funded, and traders who move from Funded Sim to Funded Live do not pay the activation fee again.

Requests submitted before 5:30 PM CT are typically processed within 24 business hours. After the third withdrawal request from Funded Sim, TradeDay may consider moving the trader to Funded Live.
