Rule Enforcement Notes

Blueberry may deduct payouts, pause, suspend, or terminate accounts for rule violations. Overnight/weekend hold violations are auto-liquidated around 4:45 PM ET and repeated or deliberate violations may be treated as a breach of trading conditions.

Refund Policy

Eligibility: Full refund is available only if no trades have been placed after account purchase.

Request Window: Email support@blueberryfutures.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

Processing Time: Refunds are returned to the original payment method; confirmation is sent once processed.

Important: Once trading has started, the challenge is considered committed and refunds are not available.

Activation Fee Policy

No activation fees.
