These commission schedules show the per-side or round-trip trading costs, including exchange-style fees, used to mimic what trading the same futures contracts would cost in a regular cash brokerage account.
Payouts have no E8 commission; payout processors may charge fees. Current Signature Futures article states no activation/subscription fees for newer purchases, with legacy exceptions.
General Policies
Algorithm & EA Policy
EAs (Expert Advisors) are allowed as long as no multiple users execute the same trades/strategy (one strategy per user). Third-party EAs are permitted but they recommend using self-programmed ones. For futures, semi-automated or fully automated trading like bots, AI tools, or HFT (over 300 trades/day) is prohibited. Martingale is allowed if not prohibited otherwise.
Futures trading policies prohibit exploiting simulated market imperfections, prohibited cooperation/hedging across accounts, and automated/high-frequency behavior (including semi-automated or fully automated bots/AI/HFT-style activity). Tick scalping constraint: at least 50% of profits must come from trades held at least 10 seconds.
Copy Trading
Allowed

Copy trading is allowed across evaluation and simulated funded accounts when all copied accounts belong to the same trader.

Business Entity Accounts
Allowed
Microscalping Policy
HFT-reduction rules apply: >50% of trades cannot be under 1 minute, and at least 50% of profits must come from trades held at least 10 seconds.
Bots Policy

Not allowed.

DCA Policy

Allowed.

Allowed Trading Hours
Permitted trading hours for Signature Futures are 17:00 to 15:10 CT, with forced close of all open positions at 15:10 CT daily.
Weekend Holding Policy

Not allowed. This seems standard for futures-oriented prop firms.

Move to Live Criteria

E8 states that any live trading would occur outside E8 Funding LLC through independently managed brokerage accounts.

Rule Enforcement Notes

Prohibited-practice violations can result in program termination, account closure, restriction of trading activity, payout withholding, and/or rejection from simulated funded progression based on risk/compliance review.

Refund Policy

No standardized refund terms were found on the futures plan pages used here; billing and resets are managed via E8X order/subscription flows.

Activation Fee Policy

E8 Signature Futures historically used monthly evaluation fees plus activation fees ($88/$149/$198 by account size). E8 help center also notes purchases after 2025-12-04 11:00 UTC+1 may not require subscription/activation fees.

VPN Policy
Generally treated as VPN-permissive in public rule summaries; no explicit blanket prohibition identified. Use should still be legitimate and not for location evasion or rule bypass.
Payment Methods
American Express Apple Pay Crypto Discover Google Pay Mastercard PayPal Visa
Payout Methods

E8 payout requests are submitted through the dashboard once the trader is eligible. Payouts are processed within 1 to 2 business days, with total receipt typically taking 2 to 5 business days. The minimum payout is $100, which means at an 80% payout share the trader must request at least $125 gross.
