General Policies
Algorithm & EA Policy
Copy trading and EA usage are permitted when trader-owned accounts are used and execution remains trader-directed. Fully automated or abusive styles are restricted.
EAs may support risk management and analysis but cannot be used for prohibited patterns such as public scalping bots, HFT-style execution, account-passing behavior, or risk-free hedge constructs. VPS/VPN usage is allowed when pre-notified to support for IP validation.
Copy Trading

Copy trading is allowed only across trader-owned accounts. Sharing credentials or using third-party passing/account-management services is prohibited.

Microscalping Policy
Minimum hold time is 3 minutes on standard accounts and 30 seconds on accounts with the scalping addon. HFT and ultra-short-cycle execution patterns are prohibited.

Move to Live Criteria

After passing the challenge phases and entering the funded/Elite stage, payouts follow funded-stage rules and split structure. Giveaway/free accounts include payout caps, while purchased funded accounts remove the standard cap after reaching Elite again per policy.

Rule Enforcement Notes

Accounts can be terminated for prohibited conduct including account sharing/passing services, latency arbitrage, server-spamming behavior, disallowed weekend trading activity, and hedge patterns intended to create risk-free outcomes.

Refund Policy

Fee reimbursement is performance-based: first-try passes are refunded on the third payout; if Second Chance/free retry is used, the fee is not refunded. Resets after rule breaches also forfeit reimbursement rights.
