Allowed Trading Instruments

This firm cannot accept traders from the below countries due to regulatory restrictions and compliance requirements.

Live funded accounts pay standard round-turn brokerage commissions and exchange fees. Live market data subscriptions and any platform/software license costs are the trader's responsibility.
General Policies
Algorithm & EA Policy
Manual trading and trader-directed strategies are allowed, but fully automated AI/bot trading is prohibited.
FuturesElite allows diverse discretionary strategies, including day trading, swing trading, reasonable scalping, martingale, and grid trading, but prohibits fully automated AI/bot execution.
Copy Trading
Not allowed

Copying other traders is prohibited, but copying between your own accounts is allowed.

Microscalping Policy
Microscalping is allowed within stated limits; very short-duration Elite/Prime/Instant trades are treated as scalping.
Bots Policy

Fully automated trading using AI or bots is not permitted.

DCA Policy

DCA is allowed provided it is not the trader's primary strategy; newer accounts have the old DCA rule removed.

Allowed Trading Hours
Futures trading runs from 6:00 PM EST to 5:00 PM EST the next day, with a daily market break from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST. All positions must be closed by 4:59 PM EST, and overnight positions are not allowed.
Move to Live Criteria

After the 4th consecutive payout and at least 3 months of trading data, FuturesElite reviews the trader for a possible invitation to its Live Trading Program. Live accounts may be issued through Dorman Trading and Edge Clear.

Rule Enforcement Notes

FuturesElite prohibits bot trading, order-fill manipulation, exploiting market gaps, account flipping, slippage exploitation, hedging/reverse trading across accounts, IP sharing, copying other traders, and collaborative trading.

Refund Policy

Challenge fees are generally non-refundable once login credentials are issued. FuturesElite notes that early exceptions may be considered if no trading activity has occurred.
