Allowed Trading Instruments

This firm cannot accept traders from the below countries due to regulatory restrictions and compliance requirements.

These commission schedules show the per-side or round-trip trading costs, including exchange-style fees, used to mimic what trading the same futures contracts would cost in a regular cash brokerage account.
Commissions use the Savius "Table & Commissions" per-contract table. Payout handling fee: 2% deduction on payouts. Data feed subscription after activation month: $90/month (CME/NYMEX/COMEX), +$30 Eurex (optional), +$20 level-2 (optional).
General Policies
Algorithm & EA Policy
Using an EA or trading bot to pass a challenge and then switching to manual trading (or vice versa) in the funded account is not allowed; strategy style must remain consistent. Third-party automated systems/bots are prohibited. HFT or tick scalping (continuous trades below 3 ticks profit) is defined and likely restricted.
Savius enforces strategy consistency and prohibits abusive/exploitative behavior. Using an EA/bot to pass one phase and switching to manual (or vice versa) in funded trading is not allowed. External account management and unauthorized strategy behavior may lead to account closure and payout cancellation.
Copy Trading
Not allowed

Copy trading is allowed only between accounts owned by the same trader and only when all accounts are in the same status category. Cross-user copying is prohibited; published FAQ notes a limit of up to five linked accounts.

Microscalping Policy
HFT/tick-scalping is prohibited; repeated one-second-or-less trade patterns can trigger violations.
Move to Live Criteria

After 3 consecutive payouts on one instant funded account, remaining gain transitions to a live account. Live phase uses bi-weekly payouts at 80/20 split. Once moved to live, new instant funded purchases are not allowed.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued, and no refunds are available after account activation.

Activation Fee Policy

No separate activation fee is published for the funded transition; monthly market data fees apply (included for the first two months, then billed monthly).

VPN Policy
VPN policy is not explicitly published by this firm. In general, prop firms often restrict or closely monitor VPN/proxy/VPS usage because of KYC and compliance obligations, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, account-sharing detection, and risk controls tied to IP/geolocation consistency. Using location-masking tools can trigger security reviews, payout holds, or account action.
