These commission schedules show the per-side or round-trip trading costs, including exchange-style fees, used to mimic what trading the same futures contracts would cost in a regular cash brokerage account.
My Funded Futures publishes per-contract round-turn costs in its Futures Instrument List. Those fees are stored in our fee schedule as per-side values (round turn divided by 2).
General Policies
Algorithm & EA Policy
News trading policy prohibits strategies that exploit immediate news bursts (including straddles/strangles) and masking news trades as standard strategies.
Automated trading strategies are permitted provided they do not exploit the simulated fill algorithm or engage in high-frequency trading (HFT). Live account automated trading must abide by CME Group guidelines. DCA is not explicitly prohibited but MFFU consistency guidelines for funded accounts discourage heavy reliance on it unless it aligns with the trader's stated goals and risk management approach.
Copy Trading
Not allowed

Copy trading is allowed across all account types. Preferred partner is Tradesyncer (cloud-based, millisecond-precision sync, compatible with all MFFU accounts). Tradovate users can also use the built-in group copier. External copy trading solutions are permitted. Users assume full responsibility for all copy trading outcomes; MFFU provides no technical support for copy trading issues and is not liable for losses.

Business Entity Accounts
Allowed
Microscalping Policy
Microscalping rule was removed (trades above 4 ticks accepted), while HFT remains prohibited.
Bots Policy

Automated trading strategies are permitted provided they do not exploit the simulated fill algorithm or engage in high-frequency trading (HFT). Live account automated trading must abide by CME Group guidelines.

DCA Policy

Dollar-cost averaging is not explicitly prohibited. However, MFFU consistency guidelines for funded accounts discourage heavy reliance on DCA or HFT unless these strategies align with the trader's stated goals and risk management approach.

Allowed Trading Hours
Trades can be placed starting at 6:00 PM EST at the Globex open and may be held until 4:10 PM EST at the NY session close. On regular trading days, MFFU auto-closes positions at 4:10 PM EST. During holiday trading hours, auto-liquidation may not occur, so the trader is responsible for closing positions before the market closes.
Move to Live Criteria

After passing evaluation, traders move to a sim-funded account. Traders may be moved to a live funded account after demonstrating consistent profitable performance, including criteria such as 5 consecutive payouts, reaching the total sim cap of $100k, or other risk-team-reviewed live transition rules.

Rule Enforcement Notes

MFFU may terminate accounts for policy violations, confiscate profits from prohibited trading practices, deny funding after evaluation review, refuse refunds for abusive or non-compliant behavior, and permanently restrict traders for device-sharing or copy trading violations.

Refund Policy

Full refund is available when no trades have been placed and the request is made within 14 days via support@myfundedfutures.com or live chat. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Crypto purchases are non-refundable. After cancellation, access to MFFU services ends immediately and prior fees are non-refundable.

Activation Fee Policy

No activation fee is charged when transitioning from evaluation to funded/sim-funded status.

VPN Policy
Based on MyFundedFutures' policies, they do not explicitly forbid VPNs, but they strictly prohibit accessing their services from restricted countries, high-fraud-risk areas, or using them to violate KYC/AML rules. While trading while traveling is allowed, using a VPN to mask your location to bypass restricted-country rules can lead to account issues.
