Copy trading is allowed across evaluation and simulated funded accounts when all copied accounts belong to the same trader.

Prohibited-practice violations can result in program termination, account closure, restriction of trading activity, payout withholding, and/or rejection from simulated funded progression based on risk/compliance review.
No standardized refund terms were found on the futures plan pages used here; billing and resets are managed via E8X order/subscription flows.
E8 Signature Futures historically used monthly evaluation fees plus activation fees ($88/$149/$198 by account size). E8 help center also notes purchases after 2025-12-04 11:00 UTC+1 may not require subscription/activation fees.
