Refund Policy

BEM offers refunds within 14 days only if the service remains essentially unused; any transaction on the account counts as use and voids refund eligibility. Separately, evaluation-fee refunds are available only if the trader purchased the refund add-on, completed the evaluation successfully, and then receives the first reward.

Activation Fee Policy
