Rule Enforcement Notes

BEM says prohibited practices and rule breaches can lead to trade removal, profit removal, suspension, termination of agreements, or permanent restriction from its services. It also reserves discretion to treat prohibited practices as failed evaluations or failed verification outcomes.

BEM offers refunds within 14 days only if the service remains essentially unused; any transaction on the account counts as use and voids refund eligibility.
